iPad 3 Display – Gruber Says iPad 3 Will Have Retina Display
Just a little update on the man who seemingly started the wave of iPad 3 rumors; Apple blogger John Gruber. Gruber recently said on his blog that the iPad 3 would be getting a retina display which is currently used on the iPhone 4. Imagine its glory on the larger display of the iPad and the resolution it will be boasting.
With the recent iPad 3 prototype photos depicting retina incorporation and Gruber further stating rumors of a retina display, we’re all smiles at this point.
Gruber Hinting at iPad 3 Retina Display
Talking about resolution independence: These magazines and newspapers that render each page as a static 1024 x 768 image going to look like utter ass on the iPad 3′s 2048 x 1536 retina display.
Gruber is a respected and seasoned Apple blogger that is widely known for his information which often proves to be accurate. Earlier this year we reported on Gruber as the man behind the initial rumors of an iPad 3 coming out a short six months after the release of the iPad 2; rumors which are still circulating.
